QuickCare is fast, convenient, healthcare powered by Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH). Connect by video call with a provider who can diagnose an illness or condition, order testing, prescribe medication, conduct a follow-up visit, and more. NOAH’s certified and licensed medical providers deliver the same high-quality care offered at NOAH health centers; except QuickCare has appointment availability to address more urgent health concerns within hours or even minutes.

We accept commercial, private, and public insurance plans including Medicare and AHCCCS. QuickCare also offers a sliding fee scale for qualifying uninsured patients.

QuickCare serves patients throughout Maricopa County in central Arizona.

A video visit is an appointment with your provider using secure, live video. It’s similar to an in-person visit, except you don’t have to go to the clinic.

You must have an internet-enabled device—like a smartphone, tablet, or computer—with a camera and a speakerphone. Cellular data charges may apply if you are not using Wi-Fi. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your data plan.

It should be about the same as an in-person visit.

No, we accept self-pay, private insurance, AHCCCS insurance, and Medicare. We also offer sliding fee scale for qualifying uninsured patients.

It’s best to be in a private location with a strong internet connection.

All data is encrypted, patient sessions are anonymous (we don’t know who you are) and no patient info is stored persistently. We use the AES cipher with 128-bit keys to encrypt audio/video, and HMAC-SHA1 to verify data integrity.

No, you don’t need to create an account with us to see a provider. You can simply go to the link we send you. You will check in and the provider will start the call when they are ready.
